安装方式及干扰磁场对流量计准确计量的影响

       摘要:流量计是工业测量中的重要仪表之一。随着工业的发展,对流量计的测量精度和性能的要求越来越高。介质的温度、管道材质、安装位置、介质的流速范围、电磁场的干扰等都会影响流量计的测量精度,如何保障流量计在测量时的精确计量则是重中之重。本文主要介绍了涡轮流量传感器、电磁流量计、超声波流量计的合理安装以及在应用过程中避免磁场干扰的影响,从而确保流量计的精准计量。

随着工业自动化的发展,流量计被广泛地用于石油、化工、冶金等工业部门和市政建设、环保工程中对液体(如酒精、水、油)、气体(如天然气、煤气、氧气)和蒸气的流量计量。由于不同行业,不同被测介质对流量计性能、运行及寿命的要求,各种类型、用途的流量计应用而生。目前,市场上广泛使用的流量计类型主要有电磁流量计、超声波流量计、涡街流量计和涡轮流量传感器等。这些不同类型的流量计根据各自不同的特点、用途在相关行业测量被测介质的瞬时流量和体积总量,为现代化生产提供了准确的数据。同时,随着设计水平和生产工艺的不断提高,流量计的技术性能不断改善,稳定性、可靠性得以不断提高。随着技术的成熟,因流量计本身元器件损坏、性能不稳而引起故障的概率已经越来越小,而因安装位置不正确所引起的故障或因周围电磁干扰信号对流量计产生的干扰,其对流量计准确计量的影响在实际工作产生的概率反而越来越高。如何解决在应用中遇到的此类问题,是我们今后在排除流量计故障中的一个重要问题。以下主要介绍了涡轮流量传感器、电磁流量计、超声波流量计的合理安装以及在应用过程中避免磁场干扰的影响。

1  WOJIELIULIANGCHUANGANQIDEANZHUANGJIYINGYONGGUOCHENGZHONGYINGZHUYIDEWENTI

          涡街流量计的组成部分包括旋涡发生体、检测探头以及相关的电子线路。它依据卡门涡街原理,当液体经过三角柱形旋涡发生体时,会在旋涡发生体两侧交替地产生有规则的旋涡,旋涡列在旋涡发生体下游非对称地排列,且一侧旋涡分离的频率与速渡成正比。此时,检测探头会形成交变电信号,输出与旋涡同步成正比的脉冲频率信号。涡街流量传感器如图 1 所示。

电磁流量计的测量原理是导电体在一个磁场内运动将在导体内感应出一个电压 U,电压与导电液体现场流速 V 成正比,即:U=K·B·V·D。(其中 K 为仪表常数,B 为磁感应强度,V 为液体流速,D 为电极间距)。

超声波流量计测量原理是通过测量流速来确定流量,上游探头 A 将超声波传递到下游探头 B,下游探头 B 将超声波传递到上游探头 A,超声波在两探头之间传播的时差可以测量出来液体的流速。如图 6 所示。
